Canceled & Postponed Events
What happens to your tickets when an event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled.
Canceled Events
If an event is officially canceled and not rescheduled, TicketLater will provide a refund or other available remedy according to applicable law, supplier rules, and TicketLater's cancellation process.
Refunds for canceled events may be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Service fees, processing fees, delivery fees, or other fees may be refundable or non-refundable depending on the specific event, supplier rules, and applicable law.
An event is not considered canceled unless officially canceled by the venue, team, artist, promoter, league, organizer, or other authorized event authority.
Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will generally remain valid for the new date, time, or venue.
Postponed or rescheduled events do not automatically qualify for a refund.
TicketLater will follow the applicable event organizer, venue, supplier, and marketplace rules for postponed or rescheduled events. If refund options become available, TicketLater will communicate available options to eligible buyers.
