Terms of Service

Last updated: June 17, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TicketLater's website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by TicketLater ("TicketLater," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Marketplace role

TicketLater provides technology to discover events, compare listings, and complete purchases of tickets sourced from third-party sellers and inventory partners. Unless a specific order or disclosure states otherwise, TicketLater is not the venue, promoter, or primary ticket issuer. Issuer, venue, and local laws may impose resale restrictions, transfer requirements, ID checks, and other entry rules that apply to your tickets.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract where you live. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate contact information so we and partners can fulfill your order and reach you about changes.

4. Pricing, fees, and display

We aim to show all-in totals (ticket-related charges and TicketLater's fees in one number) when our pricing data supports that display. Taxes may be included where applicable data exists; if a component cannot be calculated in advance, we will disclose material items before you pay. Inventory, broker costs, and fees can change before payment is completed. If your total changes during checkout, we will show the updated amount and, where required, obtain your consent before charging you.

5. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you authorize payment for the total shown using the method you select (for example, credit or debit card, or a buy-now-pay-later provider such as Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay / Clearpay where offered). Payment processing is handled by our payment partners; installment terms, interest, and approval decisions are set by those providers. Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may result in cancellation or hold on fulfillment. Chargeback and dispute rules also apply under your payment method's terms and card-network rules.

6. Cancellations, postponements, rescheduled events, and refunds

Many ticket sales are final.Whether you may cancel, receive a refund, exchange, or credit depends on the event organizer, venue, primary ticket issuer policies, the inventory partner's rules, and applicable law. See our Buyer Guarantee, Purchase & Refund Policy for TicketLater's buyer guarantee, delivery expectations, and refund rules. Postponed or rescheduled events may be non-refundable; seat locations and dates may change. If an event is canceled and you are entitled to a refund under the applicable policy, we will process it as instructed by the organizer or partner and return funds to the original payment method where reasonably possible. No refund is guaranteed except as required by law or the written policies that apply to your specific purchase.

7. Delivery and transfers

Tickets may be delivered as mobile transfers, PDFs, or other formats per issuer and venue rules. You are responsible for accepting transfers at the email or account you provide. Operational steps (including confirming broker purchases and marking transfers complete) may involve manual review; timelines vary. TicketLater does not guarantee delivery or transfer by a specific time except as expressly stated on your order confirmation or required by law.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Services to violate law, infringe others' rights, interfere with the platform, scrape or overload our systems, circumvent security, or misrepresent your identity. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that risks users, partners, or the integrity of the Services.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. TicketLater does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that any listing will remain available until payment. To the extent permitted, TicketLater disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where required by law. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
